Which is why a bad install is so obvious. Operators undersized for the gate leaf, power run on the wrong wire, no safety loop, no surge protection, no way to get in when the panel resets: all of it is avoidable. We do the dirt, the power, the hardware, and the programming as one job, and we hand you documentation instead of a mystery box.

Access control beyond the gate
Once there is power and a panel at the entrance, adding the rest is straightforward: cameras on the gate and drive, intercom, lighting on the columns, and remote monitoring so you can see the gate state from your phone. Access control and camera work is installed by our security division, Carolina Defense Systems, on Cat6 cabling with NDAA-compliant equipment, which matters on municipal and commercial bids.
Service and maintenance
Gate operators are machines living outside in the humidity. We service what we install and what we did not: hinge and roller wear, limits and travel, loop faults, surge damage, battery replacement, and yearly checks so the failure happens on our schedule instead of yours.
