The problem with remote property

Everything works until you are forty minutes away. A pump runs dry, a zone sticks on, a gate stops responding, a tank empties, and nobody knows until the next trip out. Monitoring turns those into a notification instead of a discovery.

What we build

• Solar-powered stations: panel, battery, charge controller, and enclosure sized for the load and for winter sun, not just July

• Irrigation control and monitoring, including pump-fed systems off ponds and wells

• Water level, tank, and flow monitoring with alerts

• Gate status, control, and entry logs

• Power and connectivity for cameras where there is no service

• Custom control panels: relays, timers, contactors, and clear labeling

• Documentation: as-built wiring, credentials handed to you, and a service plan

Built to be serviceable

Anyone can zip-tie a box to a post. The difference shows up in year two: enclosure rating, cable entry and drip loops, fusing, surge protection, battery sizing for cloudy weeks, and labels that mean something to the next person who opens the panel. We build these so a normal person can reset one over the phone.

Honest scope

We build low-voltage and solar systems, controls, and the dirt work around them. Line-voltage work that requires a licensed electrician gets handled by a licensed electrician, and we coordinate that instead of pretending otherwise.
