Overgrown lots, fence lines, and whole tracts cleared and put back to use. We take out brush, undergrowth, and trees, haul or chip the debris, then rough-grade the site so it is ready for a driveway, a fence, a foundation, or a food plot.
Clearing land so it can actually be used
Most clearing jobs start with a goal, not a tree count: a homesite, a pasture, a fence line, a trail, a shooting lane, or ground you can walk again. We clear brush, vines, undergrowth, and trees, deal with the debris, and leave the site ready for whatever comes next.
Every job starts with a walk. We look at what has to come out, what should stay, where the water goes, and how equipment gets in and out without tearing up the rest of the property. Then you get a written scope before anything fires up.
What land clearing and site prep includes

Not every tree should go. Good hardwoods, shade on the south and west sides of a house, and buffers along property lines usually add value, and in the Sandhills the longleaf pines holding sandy ground together are worth keeping. We mark what stays before work begins, so there are no surprises when the equipment leaves.
Erosion is the part people skip
Freshly cleared ground moves in the first hard rain. Midlands soils make that worse in both directions: sand washes and clay sheds water across the surface. We plan where water will run before the canopy is gone, then stabilize with grading, swales and drains, seed, or stone, depending on the slope.
