AT A GLANCE

Irrigation Systems

COMMON JOB TYPES

New system installs, added zones and heads, drip for beds and hedges, coverage corrections, leak and valve repair, controller upgrades, and seasonal checks

MATERIALS & SERVICES

Spray and rotor heads, drip tubing and emitters, zone valves and manifolds, smart and Wi-Fi controllers, rain and soil sensors, and backflow coordination

Irrigation designed around the property instead of a template: head layout matched to real bed and turf shapes, zones split by sun and soil, drip where drip belongs, smart controllers, and honest repair work on systems somebody else installed.

Water where the plants are

Midlands summers are hard on new sod and fresh plantings, and sandy ground makes it harder: a sprinkler run on Sandhills sand can be gone by lunch while a clay lot two miles away is still wet. Good irrigation is not more water, it is water placed and timed for the soil and the plant. Poor layouts water the driveway and still leave brown edges.

New installations

  • Head layout drawn to the actual turf and bed shapes, with head-to-head coverage

  • Zones split by sun, slope, soil, and plant type instead of by convenience

  • Drip tubing for beds, hedges, and new trees

  • Smart or Wi-Fi controllers, rain sensors, and soil moisture sensors where they earn their keep

  • Sleeving under drives and walks before the hardscape goes in

  • Backflow protection, with testing coordinated through a certified tester when required

Repairs and rescues

  • Coverage corrections: adding, moving, or changing heads and nozzles

  • Broken heads and lines, stuck valves, and wiring faults traced properly

  • Dry spots and wet spots diagnosed as layout, pressure, or drainage problems

  • Old systems mapped and documented so the next fix is not guesswork

  • Run-time programs set by grass type and season, not left on the installer default

Specialty and remote systems

Not every site has a meter and a plug. We build pump-fed systems off ponds and wells, drip for orchards, plots, and containers, and solar-powered monitoring and control stations so a remote system can be checked or shut off without a drive out there.
